Kristin Landen Davis Bio
Kristin Landen, who is also known as Kristin Le Davis,
was born on February 23rd in 1965. She is an American actress. Her most well-known part
is in Charlotte York Goldenblatt, a romantic comedy that aired on HBO
(1998-2004). In her role as Charlotte she
was nominated for Emmys as well as Golden Globes nominations in 2004. She
reprised her character in the movies Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the
City 2 (2010). Davis got her first big
break in 1995 when she played Brooke Armstrong, the villain in Fox's soap opera
of the same name Melrose Place (1995-1996). Davis has appeared in a variety of films which include Deck
the Halls (2006) and Holiday in the Wild (2019). Davis was the first to appear seen on Broadway as Mabel
Cantwell, in The Best Man's revival in 2012. Also, she made her West End debut
as Beth Gallagher, in the original stage production in the year 2014. Davis was born in Boulder. Davis is an unmarried child. Her parents divorced shortly
after they were born. Davis was adopted by Keith Davis, then-University of
Colorado Boulder Professor. He got married to Dorothy who was a university data
analyst in the year 1968. Three of her
step-sisters come from her father's first marriage. Her parents and she moved to Columbia in South Carolina
early in her early childhood. Her father was a provost , and taught psychology
at the University of South Carolina. At
the age of nine, Davis was determined to become an actress. She was a part of
the Workshop Theatre production Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Davis was born in South Carolina and graduated from A.C.
Flora High School, in 1983. After having
graduated from A.C. Flora High School in 1983, Davis relocated to New Jersey
and attended Rutgers University. In 1987,
Davis received a BFA in acting from Rutgers ' Mason Gross School of the Arts.
