Alona Tal
Alona Tal is
an Israeli-American actor and singer. Her birthplace was in Herzliya on the
20th of October 1983. Following her service as a member of the Israeli Defense
Forces, she began her professional career. In 2003, she was a star in an Israeli
film. It was her biggest breakthrough. She was also a part of two Israeli TV
shows at the time. She also attempted to make recording songs in collaboration
with Subliminal the Israeli rapper. Tal was able to move in with her sister in
New York in order to take a break from her career. She worked with Wyclef Jean
who is an Haitian artist in the hit song "Party to Damascus".
American television also helped her make a name for herself, beginning with a
regular role in the show Veronica Mars. She initially tried out for the role of
the lead however the creator Rob Thomas created a new character for her. Then,
Tal was offered a regular role of the CBS series. Prior to making the move to
New York, Tal starred in two Israeli TV series. Wyclef Jean wrote a song.
Hebrew is her mother tongue. She was second in the role of Veronica Mars
(2004). Thomas was so in love with her that he designed the recurring character
of Meg Manning just for her. She was a member of the Israel Defense Forces. Her
parents are Jewish and her father is Turkish/Jewish , and her has a
Polish/Jewish mother. She is Adrian Monk's wife who was killed in the last
episode of Monk (2002).
